Ashton Jeanty is shaping up to be one of the Las Vegas Raiders ’ most promising investments heading into the upcoming NFL season. Head coach Pete Carroll is counting on the former Boise State standout to be a central weapon in his offensive scheme. And Jeanty has already made it clear: the team’s number one goal is firmly set.

The Raiders placed a lot of faith in Jeanty, the Heisman Trophy runner-up out of Boise State, by drafting him sixth last month. He was the highest-drafted running back since the New York Giants took Saquon Barkley second in 2018.
