There are differing accounts of what transpired just before Newark Mayor Ras Baraka‘s arrest by federal agents Friday afternoon during a confrontation at Delaney Hall that included three members of Congress.

Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy toured the Newark, N.J. facility where Democratic lawmakers physically confronted agents and detailed what the facility is like for those held there.

A DHS spokesperson told CNN the lawmakers could be arrested, saying the department has “body camera footage of some of these members of Congress assaulting our ICE enforcement officers, including body slamming a female ICE officer.
